Bass shing. To their credit, these guys showed up under some pretty miserable weather conditions. They're animals I tell you and they should really be caged or at the very least, carry paperwork to show that they have their rabies shots! Continuing their dominance was the team of Jimmy Ghiorso and Kevin Hall who managed to score another rst place nish on the back of a ve sh limit totaling 25.05 pounds. The duo anchored their limit with a 5.09 pound Clear Lake largemouth that helped them secure the rst place hardware and a payday totaling $1,655. In second place was the always strong team of Paul and Brian Bailey. The Bailey boys also boated a limit of sh that tapped the scales at 21.05 pounds and earned them $605 for the day. Third place of the tournament went to Sandy and Brian Mc- Geoch who pocketed $225 for 20.51 pound of sh including an anchor sh that weighed 4.72 pounds. The tournament big sh of 9.40 was weighed in by John Pearl and Dan Dwelle which netted them $315 in big sh money and a Dobyns Rod certi cate which by press time will have certainly been redeemed! Second big sh of the tournament – a 6.13 pounder - gave Mike Rothstein and Earl Showers a little pocket money to the tune

of $105. The team of Fred Pearl and Gary Collins didn't mind win- ning the $140 draw money either. A solid sack of 19.18 put Team Cardoza and Gellman just out of the money; however, they received a buy one get one free night at the Konocti Casino Motel, a HotMaps DVD, and two certi cates for Peregrine boat wax, and eagle eye electronics cleaner for their " rst out" prize; oh, and Tommy won the Dobyns Rod as well..... sweet. One of our Teams had to depart w/o shing Saturday due to a family emergency. Prayers for all the best are sent on behalf of all the A/C Teams. We missed you guys and hope and pray all is well. Total payout in cash -$3,045 - and prizes - $405 - for a total of $3,450 in cash and prizes. Not too bad for 15 boats.
